The Stichting Budgetcafé Amsterdam is always looking for enthusiastic people. People with their hearts in the right place who want to mean something to someone else on a socio-legal level. Who are we?
The Stichting Budgetcafé was established with the aim of making assistance to people who have lost their financial overview more effective, more accessible and more personal. For example, we help stabilize the financial situation so that people can breathe again and experience less stress. From that point on, we work together towards a solution, possibly in collaboration with other care providers.
We offer budget guidance, budget management and protection administration with intensive guidance as a fixed component. This intensive guidance includes weekly consultation hours and a coaching process. The person-oriented approach means that our assistance is experienced as very accessible.
What are you going to do?
If you want to gain experience with debt files or guide people as a budget coach, or if you want to gain experience in the field of protective administration, the Stichting Budgetcafé offers plenty of opportunities. Depending on your background, level and learning goals, we make a plan together in which we determine which activities you will perform at the Foundation.
What are you bringing?
You have a socio-legal background or, for example, you are following a course in the direction of budget management, debt assistance or protective administration. You are available at least 24 hours a week. It goes without saying that you can work very neatly and organized. You are sociable and have excellent communication skills. You are a real doer; you like to roll up your sleeves.
